Gender Equity Subcommittee
The Gender Equity Subcommittee helps drive change and improve gender equity in psychiatry for women. It facilitates implementation of the RANZCP Gender Equity Statement and Action Plan, reviews progress made, and areas for action.
The Subcommittee also provides ongoing advice on improving gender equity in psychiatry, psychiatric treatments and improving women’s mental health. Further, it assists the College to respond to the evolving needs of women members at all career stages.

The Subcommittee will meet 3-4 times per year.
