Fellowship
Fellowship of the RANZCP

FRANZCP stands for Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists.
Fellowship recognises doctors who have met the College’s rigorous standards for specialist practice in psychiatry across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand and who are committed to ongoing professional development, ethical practice, and the highest standards of patient care.
A Fellow is a doctor who:
- has successfully completed the RANZCP psychiatry training program or;
- has trained overseas and meets the standards required by the RANZCP.

"Being a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (FRANZCP) is more than a professional qualification. It is a statement of expertise, commitment, and belonging–to our profession, to one another, and to the communities we serve."
Dr Astha Tomar, President
