Bi-national Committee for Trainees
About the Committee
The role of the BCT Committee is to present the interests and concerns of RANZCP trainees in discussion and decision-making with regard to training and assessment, as well as broader issues relating to psychiatry.
- The BCT advocate for trainee issues across Australia and New Zealand and are responsible directly to the Board.
- The BCT represent the special interests of RANZCP trainees and address education policy, wellbeing and change implementation issues relevant to trainees.
How we communicate with trainees
- Look out for regular updates from the BCT in College newsletters, including the Training and Assessment newsletter.
- Email communications delivered directly to you. (Please check your subscription status if you are not receiving trainee communications.)
It is imperative the BCT receives feedback and information to fulfil its responsibility to represent all trainees, providing meaningful input into College policy and future direction.
