About For members

The RANZCP Section of Leadership and Management (SLAM) is for members with an interest in leadership and management in psychiatry.

The Section aims to:

  • promote the objectives of the College relating to leadership and management
  • foster the understanding of clinical leadership and governance for psychiatrists
  • facilitate the advancement of training and research in leadership and management
  • promote quality improvement in the provision of psychiatric services.
