Graduates of the RANZCP Certificate of Postgraduate Training in Clinical Psychiatry (the Certificate) are warmly invited to become a valued member of the RANZCP and join our community of over 9000 current psychiatrists and trainees.
Our Certificant Membership category provides you with a lifelong educational and professional association with the RANZCP, whilst connecting you with peers and colleagues working in mental health. You will have the opportunity to continue your professional development, attend the RANZCP’s conferences and events, and gain access to a range of other resources and member benefits.

Who is eligible for Certificant Membership?
You are eligible to apply if you:
- successfully completed all the prescribed requirements and assessments of the Certificate
- are currently registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- have no financial or other liabilities to the RANZCP.
Certificant membership fee information
Certificant Membership does not serve as a pathway to Fellowship of the RANZCP and does not qualify an individual to practice as a specialist psychiatrist, a specialist in the vocational scope of psychiatry, or to practice psychiatry in a non-specialist position.
