First time signing in to your account since October 2025?
Set up your new login
You will need:
a computer
your mobile device
access to the email account and mobile number registered to the College.
1. Go to www.ranzcp.org and click Log in.
2. Enter your new RANZCP username. Your username is your Member/ID number followed by @id.ranzcp.org. For example, 7654321@id.ranzcp.org.
3. Click ‘Forgot RANZCP password’. Do not attempt to enter a password.
4. Follow the prompts to set your new password.
5. Return to log in, using your new username and password.
6. Complete login by entering the verification code sent by SMS to your mobile device.

Forgot RANZCP username

Your RANZCP username is your Member / ID number followed by @id.ranzcp.org. For example, 7654321@id.ranzcp.org.

Your RANZCP Member / ID number can be found on your most recent subscription notice or contact memberhelp@ranzcp.org if you are unsure.

Too many password attempts

If you try the wrong password too many times, your account will be locked for 15 minutes. Wait, then retry a password or reset it.

Still can't log in?

The most common reasons for being unable to log in to your RANZCP account are:

Entered a personal, work or health service email address into the username field instead of RANZCP username.

Solution

Make sure to use your RANZCP username not your work / health service/ personal email address.
This looks like 7654321@id.ranzcp.org where the number is your Member / ID number.
Follow the on-screen instructions to log in. Refer to signing in for the first time if you have never logged in before.

Accidentally mistyped RANZCP username

You might have typed the wrong numbers in your new RANZCP username or typed them in the wrong order.

Solution

Follow the step-by-step login process again, making sure you have entered the correct username.
