The most common reasons for being unable to log in to your RANZCP account are:

Entered a personal, work or health service email address into the username field instead of RANZCP username.

Solution 

  1. Make sure to use your RANZCP username not your work / health service/ personal email address.
    This looks like 7654321@id.ranzcp.org where the number is your Member / ID number.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to log in. Refer to signing in for the first time if you have never logged in before.

Accidentally mistyped RANZCP username

You might have typed the wrong numbers in your new RANZCP username or typed them in the wrong order.

Solution

Follow the step-by-step login process again, making sure you have entered the correct username.
