The most common reasons for being unable to log in to your RANZCP account are:

1. You entered your personal, work or health service email address into the username field instead of your RANZCP username.

Solution: 

1. Click the login button on the RANZCP homepage

Make sure you use your RANZCP username not your work / health service/ personal username.

Your RANZCP username looks like 7654321@id.ranzcp.org where the number is your Member / ID number.

2. Follow the steps to sign in for the first time if you've not signed in using your new RANZCP username before.

or

Follow the steps to log in to your account if you have signed in using your new RANZCP username before.

2. You accidentally mistyped your RANZCP username

You might have typed the wrong numbers in your new RANZCP username or typed them in the wrong order.

Solution:

To sign in with your account, follow the step-by-step login process again, making sure you have entered the correct username.
