Trainee grants

Grants available to trainees in the Fellowship Program:

• RANZCP Indigenous Financial Support Scheme

Up to A$6000 per calendar year is available to assist Aboriginal, Torres Strait Islander and/or Māori and/or Pasifika psychiatry trainees with the costs of attaining Fellowship

• Back to Country Grant

Up to A$5,000 to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander trainees to return to Country for cultural responsibilities, family obligations, and to reconnect with culture and community for personal wellbeing and to avoid burnout.

• Rural Education Grant

Up to A$1,500 for trainees in STP and Psychiatry Workforce Program funded posts located in rural areas.
