This is an identified position.
This position is a newly created role that will work to implement the RANZCP's commitment to the provision of culturally appropriate and accessible psychiatric care by and for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.
Key responsibilities:

- Supporting RANZCP staff in the development and delivery of Cultural Support Plans for members who identify as being Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.

- Regularly review and assess progress and outcomes related to improving the RANZCP's cultural safety and goals to improve mental health outcomes for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples.

- Provide culturally appropriate guidance for planning, including securing culturally relevant endorsement of plans RANZCP is responsible for.
