Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry Trainee Prize
The Faculty of Consultation–Liaison Psychiatry Trainee Prize is awarded for the best oral or rapid fire presentation made at the Faculty of Consultation–Liaison Psychiatry scientific meeting by a RANZCP Associate member undertaking advanced training in consultation–liaison psychiatry.
Eligibility criteria
The prize is open to RANZCP Associate members (trainees) undertaking RANZCP advanced training in consultation–liaison psychiatry at the time of abstract submission opening for the Faculty of Consultation–Liaison Psychiatry’s scientific meeting. The prize is not open to Fellows-in-training.
Oral and rapid fire presentation applications accepted and successfully delivered individually by eligible trainees at the Faculty of Consultation–Liaison Psychiatry’s scientific meeting will automatically be considered for the prize.
Application process
Applications to deliver oral or rapid fire presentations at the Faculty of Consultation–Liaison Psychiatry’s scientific meeting must be submitted via the event’s abstract portal (see RANZCP events and webinars), for consideration by the meeting’s Scientific Committee.
Form of award
The prize includes:
- A$1500
- a framed award certificate
- an invitation to accept the award at the College Ceremony during Congress.
Key dates
Submissions are open annually, from 1 September to 31 October (11.59 pm AEDT).
