PIF Australia members to 2025 Section of Neuropsychiatry Conference

Eligible PIF members are invited to apply for a sponsorship to attend the RANZCP Section of Neuropsychiatry 2025 Conference, held in Sydney at the Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach from Friday 28 November to Sunday 30 November 2025.

Eligible PIF members must be:

medical students, postgraduate year 1 or 2 doctors; and
residing in Australia.

PIF members who have already registered for this conference are eligible to apply for this sponsorship.

Ten (10) sponsorships are on offer and include:

Full conference registration
Attendance at the welcome reception on Friday 28 November
Access to all conference sessions on Friday 28 and Saturday 29 November

Sponsorship recipients must attend the full program from Friday 28 and Saturday 29 November.

Optional add-on: FND Workshop on Sunday 30 November at own expense.

Please note that travel and accommodation, where required, is not covered by this sponsorship and is the responsibility of the conference delegate. Meals outside of the conference program are not included in this sponsorship.

The RANZCP has received Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing funding under the Psychiatry Workforce Program (PWP) to deliver the PIF Australia program.

Terms & Conditions

Scholarship applicants must meet the eligibility criteria outlined.
Scholarship offer does not include travel, accommodation or meals outside of the conference program and are the responsibility of the scholarship recipient.
Leave arrangement: Sponsorship recipients are required to attend the conference in full and are responsible for securing time off from study/work in order to attend.
Post-Conference reflection: Scholarship recipients will be required to submit a short reflection on their event attendance and learning outcomes, post-conference attendance.
Post-Conference contact: Scholarship recipient contact details may be given to the RANZCP Committee of Faculty of Psychotherapy to continue engagement following the conference.
Images and/or voices of attendees may be recorded during the Conference for use in RANZCP website, communications and media, including social media. If scholarship recipients do not wish for their image or voice to be publicised email to: pif@ranzcp.org.
