First Nations PIF members to AIDA 2025 Conference
Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander PIF members are invited to apply for AIDA funding to attend the AIDA 2025 Conference on Gadigal Country (Sydney) 27-29 November 2025.
The RANZCP's Specialist Training Program (STP) and PIF program are pleased to contribute 15 places towards this scholarship, as part of our commitment to support and grow Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander psychiatry workforce.
Eligibility
- Applicants must note that spaces are strictly limited, and funding is not guaranteed to all that apply.
- Only current JMO PGY1 and student AIDA members who fully complete the two-step application process will be eligible for consideration.
- AIDA's funded opportunities will be prioritised for members attending to receive their graduation or Fellowship stethoscope, subsequent opportunities will be allocated through an internal selection process.
- To apply for sponsorship, you must be a current AIDA member and able to take leave from your university or employer.

Inclusions
Successful applicants will receive:
- Up to 4x nights of accommodation (from 26-30 November)
- Return flights to Sydney from your nearest major airport
- Ground transfers in Sydney (SYD airport to hotel, return)
- Full conference registration (three days)
- A ticket to each of the social functions
