New online form to raise accreditation concerns and feedback

The College has introduced a clearer process and online form for raising accreditation concerns and sharing feedback outside scheduled accreditation assessments.
What’s changed?
- A central pathway for lodging accreditation concerns and feedback.
- Submissions can be made confidentially and require some key information to assess the issue.
- Submissions are logged and managed centrally.
How to submit
- Complete the online form and include any supporting evidence.
- Provide your contact details (optional). If you do, you will be de-identified for the purpose of the investigation and your contact details only used for communicating outcomes.
