New supervisor development learning modules released

Five new modules designed to support supervisors involved in Fellowship training are now available within the RANZCP Supervisor Development Learning Path.

These self-paced modules focus on topics such as remote supervision, delivering effective feedback, and culturally-safe supervision. They provide practical tools, guidance, and resources to support high-quality supervision and enhance the training experience for both supervisors and trainees.

Through evidence-based supervision practices, the learning path aims to improve consistency in assessment standards, enhance trainee learning and progression, and strengthen collaboration between supervisors, Branches, and training services across RANZCP programs.
