Raising a concern about a training post, program or course
You are strongly encouraged to provide feedback if you think a training post, program, Formal Education Course (FEC) or Certificate of Advanced Training (CAT) does not meet RANZCP Accreditation Standards.
You can do this without any risk to your training progression.
You are encouraged to raise your concerns through the following channels:
- scheduled accreditation review feedback survey
- mid or end of rotation/term ITA
- your DOT / DOAT / SCOT
- your supervisor
- College trainee representatives (BCT / TAC)
- your local Branch Training Committee or New Zealand Training Committee.
When to use the online form
If a resolution isn’t reached after using these channels, or you would like to remain anonymous, you may use the online form below to raise your concerns.
What you’ll need to complete the form
To complete the form you will need to:
- identify the training setting or course you are concerned about
- select which accreditation standard(s) your concern relates to from a list provided in the form
- describe your concerns
- upload any evidence to support your claim (optional, but strongly recommended)
- describe the steps you’ve taken to address the concern so far
- explain your desired outcome.
Confidentiality
Your response will be handled by a member of the College accreditation team before being passed onto the relevant committee for discussion/investigation.
You can remain anonymous. You don’t need to provide your personal details, but if you do, your details can be de-identified (at your request) for the purposes of the investigation.
