Leadership and management modules
Each local Branch Training Committee (BTC) sets the requirements for formal Leadership and Management experience relevant to their location. Requirements often include LearnIt modules or EPAs, a local activity or workshop and / or a project undertaken at your place of employment.
Speak with your Director of Training to confirm the requirements in your specific location.
