RANZCP 2026-2030 Strategic Plan: have your say
25 Sep 2025
Update
The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) is the professional body responsible for training, educating, and representing psychiatrists in Australia and New Zealand. As the College heads into its 80th year in 2026, we aim to continue to build on our legacy with a strategic eye to future for psychiatrists and the communities we care for.
Our current Strategic Plan runs through to the end of 2025. As such the College is in the process of developing its next Strategic Plan, which will set the direction for the College through to 2030.
The College operates in a dynamic strategic landscape with significant complexity. In adopting a consultative approach to the development of our next Strategic Plan, we are keen to hear from all our stakeholders to understand better what we need to address (challenges or opportunities) as well as ideas on how we do so.
RANZCP Members and Employees are invited to share their feedback via the RANZCP Consultation Hub, while any other party can email strategicplan@ranzcp.org before by 24 October 2025.
