Governance
The Committee for Educational Evaluation, Monitoring and Reporting (CEEMR), under delegation from the RANZCP Education Committee led the development of the frameworks.
As part of that process, the College consulted with trainees, specialist international medical graduates, lived and living experience contributors and cultural governance groups from Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
Lived and living experience is embedded as a core source of expertise within the evaluation approach, ensuring training and assessment are safe, respectful, culturally appropriate, and responsive to community needs. Structured feedback mechanisms ensure that stakeholder contributions inform ongoing improvements and are transparently reported.
