Why get involved?
Flexible commitment: Contribute as little as two to three hours each month, making it easy to fit involvement around your existing professional commitments.
Meaningful recognition: Earn $5,000 or more each year for every participant you supervise.
Additional honoraria: Receive honoraria for activities including structured feedback exercises and facilitating Peer Review Groups.
CPD benefits: Accrue CPD points for all program-related activities.
National impact: Help improve mental health outcomes in communities across Australia by upskilling medical professionals to better support patients in their own workplaces.
Your experience can make a lasting difference
Whether you are supervising a participant, facilitating peer learning or supporting assessment activities, your contribution helps build confidence, capability and connection across the mental health workforce. It is a practical way to give back to the profession, support medical practitioners delivering care in diverse settings, and champion better outcomes for patients and communities.
