Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) will be held during Congress on Wednesday 6 May 2026 at 3.30 pm (AEST).

The Notice of Meeting, together with the Appointment of Proxy Form, has been mailed to Members who do not have an email address on record.

Entitlement to vote
Pursuant to Articles 3.3.4, 3.4.2, 3.5.2, 3.6.3 and 3.7.2 of the RANZCP Constitution:
- Fellows are entitled to attend, speak and vote at the AGM.
- Associates (Trainees), Affiliates, Honorary Fellows, and International Corresponding Members are entitled to attend and speak but are not entitled to vote at the AGM.
Proxies
A Fellow unable to attend the meeting in person can appoint a Proxy. Only a Fellow may be appointed as a Proxy. Pursuant to Article 7.7.4 the Proxy Form must be received by the RANZCP not less than 48 hours before the AGM. Therefore, the RANZCP Company Secretary must be notified of any Proxies no later than 3.30 pm AEST on Monday 4 May 2026.
The Chairperson intends to vote all available proxies in favour of each item of business.
