Update
The College is introducing important updates to the way you log in to your RANZCP account.
Currently, multifactor authentication (MFA) codes are sent to your email address. From 14 October 2025, MFA codes will no longer be sent via email and will instead be delivered by SMS to your registered mobile number.
To ensure uninterrupted access, please check and update your mobile number by 10 October 2025:
Update mobile number
What you need to know
- Email MFA will no longer be available – MFA codes will be sent by text message.
- A valid mobile number must be linked to your profile to access RANZCP systems, including the website, InTrain, MyCPD, Learnit, Consultation Hub, awards and grants, meeting papers, bill payments, STP, SIMG and Certificate systems.
- All RANZCP systems will be unavailable on 12 and 13 October while updates take place.
- From 14 October, usernames will change from the current member ID to memberID@id.ranzcp.org.
- Please note that the new username format is not an email address.
- Also from 14 October, you will be prompted to set a new password the first time you log in. Clear instructions will be provided in advance.
If you have any questions, please email memberhelp@ranzcp.org.
We appreciate your cooperation as we make these changes.
