RANZCP opportunity – become an examiner
20 Feb 2023
Update
The College is actively recruiting Fellows to support trainees and Specialist International Medical Graduates in their progression to Fellowship in 2023. You can apply to become an examiner for the Psychotherapy Written Case (PWC) or the Scholarly Project (SP).
The PWC is a summative assessment which involves providing supervised psychotherapy, informed by psychodynamic principles, and is assessed at the standard expected at the end of Stage 3 training. The SP will help develop trainees, particularly in the CanMEDS Framework role of Scholar, by facilitating the attainment of learning outcomes related to their role.
Interested Fellows will be expected to attend an examiner calibration workshop online (earn CPD points for preparation and calibration) before they can be made examiners. Calibration workshops will be held on:
- SP: 7 March 2023 from 1.00–4.00 pm (AEDT)
- PWC: 3 March 2023 from 1.00–4.00 pm (AEDT)
