The RANZCP NSW Branch and NSW Rural Psychiatry Project invites rural-based psychiatry trainees across NSW to join a one-hour virtual wellbeing webinar designed to support your professional and personal wellbeing throughout your training journey.

Training and working in rural settings can be highly rewarding, but it can also present unique challenges, including professional isolation, competing demands, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.

This session, facilitated by Dr Ian Korbel, will provide an opportunity to reflect, learn practical wellbeing strategies, and connect with fellow trainees from across rural NSW.

What to Expect

  • Strategies to support wellbeing and resilience
  • Discussion on managing the challenges of rural training
  • Resources and supports available throughout your training journey
  • Interactive Q&A and shared discussion

Who Should Attend?

This webinar is open to all NSW rural-based psychiatry trainees, regardless of stage of training.
