Work locations
Our head office is located in Melbourne, Victoria, with branches across Australia and a National Office in New Zealand. We have offices in Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra and Wellington (NZ), with hybrid working arrangements available depending on role requirements.
Monthly Paid Day Off
To support mental and physical wellbeing, all eligible employees receive a monthly paid day off (pro-rata for part-time employees). No additional hours beyond the standard 37.5-hour work week are required to qualify.
Reduced work week
Full-time employees work a 37.5-hour week. Standard business hours are 8.30am–5.00pm, Monday to Friday, inclusive of a one-hour lunch break.
Paid parental leave
We support growing families with 12 weeks of College-paid parental leave for eligible employees following 12 months of continuous service.
Extra-long service leave
The RANZCP offers 13 weeks’ long service leave following 10 years of service.

Salaries are externally audited and benchmarked annually to ensure RANZCP remains competitive in the market.

Each year, the Board and CEO may approve complimentary leave days during the College’s end-of-year closure period.
