Zero tolerance to discrimination, bullying and harassment
22 Jun 2023
Update
The College is committed to equality of opportunity and ensuring that College activities, and in particular, working and training environments, are free from discrimination, bullying and harassment.
To support this commitment, the College would like to highlight the revised Discrimination, Bullying and Harassment Policy and Procedure, which applies to individuals involved in College activities, including training and assessments. These documents are available under Governance Documents.
The Policy reflects the College’s zero tolerance position in relation to discrimination, bullying and harassment and sets out what is expected of all persons involved in College activities, including trainees and others involved in training such as RANZCP-appointed supervisors and Directors of Training.
The Procedure sets out a framework to manage instances where a complaint relating to discrimination, bullying or harassment arises, and is accompanied by a Complaints form to aid in the complaints resolution process.
For any questions or if you would like to raise a complaint, please contact the College’s Legal Services Team at legalservices@ranzcp.org.
