About the presenter

Professor Dylan Flaws

He subsequently completed a PhD focused on the clinical challenge of chest pain presentations to emergency departments.

Following his doctoral studies, Professor Flaws has concentrated his research on the physical, cognitive, and psychological recovery of patients who survive severe illness or injury. His work has contributed to a greater understanding of the long-term impacts of critical illness and the factors that influence recovery.
