Module 1: Theoretical framework
Difference between 2nd wave and 3rd wave psychotherapies. Functional contextualism and how it helps to reduce Experiential Avoidance and increase Acceptance. Relational Frame Theory and how it aids in return to experiences. ‘AARRing’ and how Experiences are replaced by Expectations. Language and Key ideas of ACT.

Module 2: Core processes, Hexaflex and Therapeutic steps
‘Hexaflex’ of Psychological flexibility and its six core processes. Assessment of strengths and weaknesses in the hexaflex core processes.

Module 3: Stage and phase-based structured delivery of therapy sessions for common mental disorders, dual diagnosis, and personality issues
Intervention: Techniques and strategies. Therapeutic interventions delivered in phase based ten therapy sessions. Starting with Self as context, moving through being Mindful and Acceptance, Cognitive Defusion, progressing through Values into Committed Action.

Module 4: Guided Mindfulness Meditation
Intervention: Techniques and strategies to deliver metaphors and other indirect therapeutic suggestions as experiential guided mindfulness meditation. Incorporating more of hexaflex into guided mindfulness meditation.
