Submission to the WA Workforce Strategy

The government’s priorities relevant to workforce planning include better mental health supports, and resolving the ED and bed access blocks across the public hospital and service system. This submission argues that this cannot be achieved without sufficient and self-sustaining psychiatric workforce.
