Enys Delmage

Enys is a dual-trained adolescent forensic psychiatrist and is the responsible clinician for Nga Taiohi, New Zealand’s adolescent forensic inpatient service in Porirua, just outside of Wellington. He has had a career-long interest in the interface between mental health and the law in relation to young people and has written a number of articles on the subject of the Minimum Age of Criminal Responsibility internationally. He chairs the Raise the Age group in New Zealand and has given evidence to the Justice Select Committee (both in New Zealand and the UK) on the plight of young offenders with mental health problems.
