A/Prof Simon Stafrace, Chair of RANZCP Victorian Branch, recently participated in a panel discussion at the Realising Reform: Growing the Lived & Living Experience Workforce event, hosted by Mental Health Victoria.
The event provided a great opportunity to learn from various services that are developing their Lived and Living Experience workforce and those working alongside them. The discussion focused on what is working well, what challenges and opportunities are arising, and how these initiatives are contributing to a more sustainable, person-centered, and better mental health system.
