Are you wanting to learn more about psychiatry training in rural location? Register your interest to attend a Networking event with trainees and SIMG who are currently training or practicing in a rural location.

The RANZCP's Rural Psychiatry Training Pathways Team is pleased to extend an invitation to local PIF members to attend a networking event to launch the Rural Readiness Workshop in Bunbury, WA.

This event, with complimentary canapes and refreshments is a great opportunity to informally chat with trainees and Specialist International Medical Graduates (SIMG), who share an interest in training and practicing psychiatry in regional, rural and remote Australia.

Held in the beautiful coastal city of Bunbury. This is an informal setting to enable relaxed engagement, so please dress smart casual and bring along your questions about training and practicing in a rural location. Participants who are attending the Rural Readiness workshop on Saturday 29 November 2025 will be at the event, as will members of the RANZCP Rural Psychiatry Training Pathways (RPTP) Team.
