- Speed dating for Chief Medical Officers, Liaison Psychiatrists and C-L nurses.
- A joint world café-style session with the C-L Nurses Symposium and the National CMOs Group chaired by Professor Dame Helen Stokes-Lampard (National CMO) and Dr Leeanne Fisher (National Chief Mental Health & Addiction).
- What the HNZ National Chief Mental Health & Addiction needs to know about Liaison Psychiatry and C-L Nursing in NZ in 2025; a joint session with the C-L Nurses symposium led by Fred Sundram, along with Leeanne Fisher.

Parking is charged by the hour at Middlemore Hospital.
The closest carpark to the Ko Awatea Centre is Carpark 4.
Public transport
The bus stop and train station are located outside the Galbraith Building entrance of the hospital, which is on Hospital Road. Once in the main entrance, follow the Rainbow Corridor to the Ko Awatea Centre, using the wayfinding boards for directions.
