From 14 October 2025, all RANZCP account holders will have a new: 

• username 
• password 
• way to verify login with multifactor authentication. 

RANZCP websites will be unavailable 12-13 October while we make this change.

New username format 

From 14 October, you will log in with your new RANZCP username. The username format is your existing member/ID number followed by @id.ranzcp.org. 

For example, if your member/ID number is 7654321, your RANZCP username would be 7654321@id.ranzcp.org. 

This is not an email address - it is a username only. The College is not providing email facilities to members.

New password 

When you log in for the first time with your new username, you will be required to set up a new password. 

New login process 

From 14 October 2025, you will receive a text message to your registered mobile number to complete multifactor authentication.

All RANZCP websites unavailable Sunday 12 and Monday 13 October 2025

To enable this changeover, all RANZCP sites will be unavailable for two days.

How you can prepare 

1. Review and update your contact details
   Make sure the mobile number in your College profile is up to date. 
2. Keep an eye out for emails from the College 
   In the leadup to the change we'll be updating you with information and support options.
3. From 14 October, use your new login details
   Log into your account with your new username and set a new password.
