Checklist to finalise your training record

Before you apply for admission to Fellowship, review your training record in InTrain and make sure all your requirements are complete:

• Correct accrual of time (60 months FTE total, as well as the correct accrual for each stage of training). 
• The sequence of training time is correctly recorded, and without gaps – time is either listed as training or a break in training. 
• The correct type and number of EPAs have been completed. 
• All assessments have been completed and results recorded. 
• Stage 3 psychotherapy cases have been correctly recorded or cross-credited from Advanced Certificate training (for Certificates that allow this).
• Leadership and management requirements recorded. 
• Final qualitative report is completed in the final weeks of Fellowship training. 
• All mandatory LearnIt modules completed. 

Common issues

• Missing mandatory Stage 2 Psychotherapy EPAs. 
• Fewer than 8 Stage 3 EPAs completed in Stage 3. 
• No break in training or enrolled rotation recorded when you have reached the 60 months limit, and you are waiting to complete an exam or assessment.
