Free open access publishing support for College journals
18 Mar 2026
Update
College members affiliated with participating universities can publish open access articles in College journals at no cost, thanks to an agreement between SAGE Publishing and the Council of Australian University Librarians.
Under this agreement, corresponding authors with a university affiliation can publish open access articles in both Australian & New Zealand Journal of Psychiatry (ANZJP) and Australasian Psychiatry (AP) without article processing charges.
This initiative aims to help more members expand the reach and impact of members’ work and research.
To qualify for the agreement, corresponding authors must use their university email, and the article must be accepted for publication in an eligible journal by 31 December 2026.
For more details, visit the SAGE website.
