Module 3: Stage and phase-based structured delivery of therapy sessions for Common Mental disorders, Dual diagnosis, and Personality issues (Intervention: Techniques and strategies. Therapeutic interventions delivered in phase based ten therapy sessions. Starting with Self as context, moving through being Mindful and Acceptance, Cognitive Defusion, progressing through Values into Committed Action)
Module 4: Guided Mindfulness Meditation (Intervention: Techniques and strategies to deliver metaphors and other indirect therapeutic suggestions as experiential guided mindfulness meditation. Incorporating more of hexaflex into guided mindfulness meditation.
