Do you have the aspiration to lead in Healthcare with energy and passion for patient safety, clinical governance and continuous quality improvement?

This is an exciting new position whose primary purpose is to refresh and design, develop and lead the BOPDHB’s Health Quality and Safety Service (HQSS).

The successful applicant understands Clinical Governance and will influence and engage with clinicians to embed and develop this within the Te Hauora ä Toi.

Key attributes include:
  • Demonstrated people leadership
  • An ability to articulate strategic direction and implement strategy across diverse organisation
  • A passion for equity and partnership with iwi to drive equity of health outcomes for Mäori and other disadvantaged groups
You will have support working closely with the Medical Director and Senior Advisor Governance and Quality and members of the Executive team.
