Congress 2012

Over 1040 delegates converged on Hobart’s scenic harbour for the RANZCP’s 47th annual Congress from 20–24 May 2012 at the Grand Chancellor Hotel. With a theme of ‘Cells, Circuits and Syndromes’, the Congress covered mental health across the ages from birth to old age and across specialties, disorders and cultures.

Internationally eminent keynote speakers presented on a diverse range of mental health issues.

Other recorded symposia covered topics such as psychiatrists working with Aboriginal,Torres Strait Islander and Maori communities, public sector psychiatry, private practice and ethics.
