The Conference Organising Committee have made the practical decision to postpone the RANZCP Section of ECT and Neurostimulation 2020 Conference by 12 months. We will now be holding the event from 6–8 August 2021, once again in Noosa, QLD.
We are delighted to announce that Professor Harold Sackeim has confirmed his attendance to proceed as the keynote speaker in 2021. On behalf of Dr Alan Weiss, Conference Convenor and the RANZCP we would like to thank you for your patience and understanding and look forward to 2021.
About the conference
The theme ‘Surfing the waves of neurostimulation’ has been chosen to not only link the conference to its fantastic location but also to highlight the growing challenges facing practitioners in confidently prescribing old and new neurostimuation technologies within an increasingly complex political and social environment.
The conference is extremely fortunate to have secured one of the world’s leading researcher in the area of ECT, Professor Harold Sackeim as the keynote speaker. Professor Sackeim will be supported by an outstanding line up of presentations by local experts covering a broad range of clinical and scientific aspects of ECT, rTMS and other new technologies.
