This is a virtual event.

This virtual conference will have a leadership and management focus and will aim to assist early career psychiatrists who are new to leadership positions, or who wish to develop their skills and understanding further. It will also be relevant to later-stage trainees who will soon be making the transition to consultancy.

Early investment in and understanding of the key principles and best practice in leadership and management is important for anyone looking to take on these types of roles in the future.

Taking the lead will be a dynamic virtual gathering providing a platform for presentations, reflection and interaction between Fellows in senior roles, and early career psychiatrists looking to develop their skillset across a number of domains.
