Learnit is being upgraded: complete any modules in progress by 4pm (AEST) on 6 August

23 July 2020

Learnit, the College’s e-learning platform and solution to your online continuing professional development needs, is transitioning to a new online platform in  August 2020. All e-learning modules will be migrated to the new system, as well as information about modules you have already completed.

If you have any incomplete modules in Learnit, it is important that you complete these by 4pm (AEST) on 6 August 2020 because information about modules that are still in progress cannot be transferred to the new platform.

You can check if you have any modules in progress by clicking on the My Courses tab in Learnit.

Learnit will be unavailable from 4pm (AEST) on 6 August until 9am (AEST) on 10 August while the upgrade takes place.

From 10 August, Learnit will be accessed in the same way as before, i.e. via the College website, but it will have a new look and feel. It will provide an improved user experience and better search functionality, plus it will have a responsive design that is mobile and tablet friendly so you can complete modules while on the go.

E-learning modules from the Royal College of Psychiatrists (RCPsych) will be included in Learnit, with an enhanced experience compared to the current access. However, the transition of the UK modules to the new platform has been delayed significantly due to COVID-19, so the full catalogue of UK modules will not be available immediately when the new-look Learnit launches.

The College will update members and CPD participants via email once the UK modules are available again. All other Learnit modules will be accessible from 10 August.
