Course outline

CBT: Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT) in a structured, stepwise ABCDE format, as well as Specific formats (Relapse Prevention, Motivational Interviewing, Behavioral Activation, Trauma based CBT e.g. Graded exposure) for Common Mental disorders, Dual diagnosis, Behavioral change, Stress management and enhancement of resilience.
