The Wellbeing Weekend 2023 will include talks and activities from an inspiring range of presenters. It's been a busy year and we're putting trainee wellbeing at the heart of this weekend - it's in the name after all!! We hope this event will stimulate lively discussion about pursuing your passion, balancing competing demands and look at the art and science of a range of approaches to thriving as an individual, clinician and advocate.
The weekend will begin on the morning of Saturday 14 October at the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort with a range of talks and workshops extending into the afternoon. Morning tea, Lunch and Afternoon tea will be provided.
On Saturday evening, you will be transported to Vintners Bar and Grill for a group meal with a drinks package. This is a great chance for trainees to kick back, relax and build some well-deserved camaraderie! After dinner you will be transported back to the Novotel Barossa Valley Resort for whatever the evening has in store. You must indicate on your registration if you plan to attend the dinner.
On Sunday 15 October 2023, join us for Stephens Yoga or basketball before heading to St Hugo's Winery for a celebratory lunch. You must indicate on your registration if you plan to attend the Sunday Lunch.
All meals are kindly paid for by SAPBTC and APT SA and the event is largely subsidised by SAPBTC.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that if you are registered to attend but cancel after the 7 October 2023, there will be no refund. If you have contracted Covid and cannot attend, please let us know as soon as possible, as this event has limited spaces and often books out.
