To obtain the Early Bird rates, payment must be received by 30 June 2017; otherwise the higher rates will apply.


• Conference registration includes the Welcome Reception and Conference Dinner (including wines and bus travel to and from the dinner), and morning and afternoon teas and lunches on both days of the conference.

• Partners are welcome to purchase tickets for the Welcome Reception (AU$110) and Conference Dinner (AU$175).

WORKSHOP REGISTRATION FEES : $150 per half day Workshop

Initially, workshops will only be open to those who are attending the conference. After 31 July, any available places will be offered to persons not attending the conference. Please contact us (info@conorg. after 31 July for information regarding availability and prices of workshops for persons not attending the conference.

• All fees are in Australian dollars and do not include Australian GST as this is an off-shore activity.

• Workshop fees include morning or afternoon tea; a light lunch will be provided for those attending both morning and afternoon workshops.


Cancellations must be advised in writing by 31 July 2017; there is a AUD $155 cancellation fee per registration and bank fees will be deducted from any refund. After that date, refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances, but substitute delegates will be accepted.


The conference is being held at the Pan Pacific Hotel, Canada Place, Vancouver. Surrounded by panoramic views of the Coastal Mountains, Coal Harbour and the city skyline, the Pan Pacific Vancouver Hotel is situated on the downtown waterfront of this vibrant metropolis, with some of the  city’s top business venues and tourist attractions as well as popular shopping and entertainment districts just minutes away. The hotel’s sleek, contemporary design is beautifully complemented by soothing Pacific West Coast accents.

Please Note:

• These rates include a housekeeping gratuity, the destination marketing fee, and all taxes.

• We are not offering the option of the hotel’s buffet breakfast as the hotel informs us that there could be long queues to get into the restaurant at this time of the year. Delegates with Club Rooms will be able to have breakfast in the Club; others will have the options of room service or braving the hotel restaurant queues ... or going to the Starbucks next door!

To obtain these rates, all accommodation must be booked through The Conference Organiser and will be allocated on a strict priority of receipt basis. Please book early as we have blocked a limited number of rooms and will start releasing our block well before the conference. It is necessary to pay for all accommodation charges to obtain these rates.
