The CEO and General Managers, with support from College staff, have together developed an Operational Plan that contains initiatives, projects and policies that the RANZCP will implement as a means to deliver on the priorities and objectives in the RANZCP Strategic Plan 2012–2014.
This document doesn’t capture every piece of work the College has underway; however, it is a detailed and comprehensive plan that is designed to provide RANZCP members with an insight into the College's activities.
The Operational Plan is a living document that will be continually reviewed and updated by RANZCP staff. The plan will also be submitted to General Council for review at each of their meetings.
Members' comments and feedback on this plan are most welcome. The Operational Plan contains contact details for relevant RANZCP staff; please feel free to contact the CEO or staff if you would like further information or you would like to discuss any item.
